At ZEUZ® Functional Fitness Equipment, we stand by the quality of our gear; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all equipment is returned in its original packaging and in unused condition to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Securely pack the unused fitness equipment in its original ZEUZ® box, ensuring all components and manuals are included.

  Ship the Gear

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our warehouse team verifies the condition of the equipment, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
